In this sense, personal data may be communicated to State Security Forces and Bodies and/or Courts. Under no circumstances will international data transfers be performed.

Once one of these circumstances applies, ARTIACH will keep your data duly frozen for the amount of time necessary to fulfil its legal or regulatory requirements for the applicable prescription periods set out in relevant law, if needed.
Once the respective storage period has elapsed, ARTIACH will delete the data as long as the data need not be preserved for other purposes for which those data may be necessary.
Footage obtained from video surveillance cameras will be delated after thirty (30) days following recording unless the footage must be submitted to State Security Forces and Bodies or to the Courts because it provides a record of a possible crime or another sort of violation.
